Our world is colourful. Brighter the light the richer the colours. I feel that the use of black and white to increase impact is cheating. My client took on the trick demolition project in Portsmouth in the shadow of the Guild Hall. What was previously a Masonic hall had been purchased by a developer with the intention of converting the building into student accommodation. Having set myself the task of illustrate the passage of time with still photographs of Boxgrove Priory, I have finally put together a book containing a selection of 50 images. The inspiration was the fact that the Priory has been in existence since the 11th century and for 900+ years things have changed and moved around it.
